Parent’s Night Out

5:30-9pm; drop off and pickup at the Welcome Center

For children aged 6 weeks – 5th grade. Older siblings (youth) are encouraged to come as volunteers (no cost for volunteers).

$10/child (if more than 2 children per family, $5 for every additional child after the first 2)

We will provide dinner and snacks. Please indicate allergies when you register.

Rough plan for the evening includes: dinner, rotation stations for crafts and activities, followed by a group movie.

*PLEASE NOTE WHEN REGISTERING:

* Please ONLY register participants – children, youth and/or adult volunteers. If you register as an adult, it is assumed you are volunteering to stay and help. Thanks for your help!

*Cash or check will be accepted in advance (give to Becky Roberts) or at the door. Checks can be made out to SGUMC, with a note indicating Parents’ Night Out (PNO)

*A Medical Release Form is required to be completed and turned in prior to participation in the PNO event. Forms may be turned in at the same time that children are dropped off. A separate form is required for each child and youth under the age of 18. Forms can be completed and submitted at THIS LINK. If you’ve already submitted a digital form for 2025-26, a new one is not required.
