Harvest of Hope

September 26 - 28, 5:00 pm - 12:00 pm

Join us for a two-night mission trip for any age who can move around in a field!

We will be heading to Keezletown, Virginia, and spending Saturday harvesting fresh produce which will then be delivered to food pantries and local communities where it will be available for free to those who need it. It will be hard work, but lots of fun time together, and an amazing opportunity to experience mission as a community.

Children 5th grade and under should be accompanied by an adult, but talk to Mary Elder for details!

Housing and meals will be provided while there, along with time for worship, learning about food insecurity and discussion about justice and what we can do to in our lives to better care for the earth and our neighbors in it.

Discounts available for anyone, especially for families bringing multiple members. If cost is what is keeping you from signing up– register anyways! We have many generous donors who want to make programs available for anyone who is interested. Contact Mary Elder if you’d like to talk more HERE.
