Volunteer At Shady Grove

We are in need of volunteer help in the audio-visual ministry during worship, especially with running the cameras during the 9:45 and 11:15 worship services. Maybe you enjoy capturing moments with your personal camera, or maybe you’re computer savvy. We need your help! Contact Bryan Greer below for additional information.

If anyone is interested in leading/facilitating an in-person small group for women and/or adults on Sunday mornings from 9:45-10:45, please contact us below.

Celebration Bell Ringers: Previous ringing experience is not required. The ability to read music would be very helpful. Celebration bells rehearses on Wednesday evening from 6-6:45 p.m. Contact Bryan Greer below for additional information.

The Nurture Committee is in need of volunteers to serve coffee during Coffee Fellowship. The schedule will be very flexible. Please email Sally Arbogast below to sign up.

Greeter Coordinator: we are seeking a person from each worship service to oversee equipping and scheduling of greeters prior to their specific worship service.

Greeters: we are seeking individuals to serve as greeters at each worship service. Greeters stand at the door of the Welcome Center about 30 minutes prior to the beginning of their service to welcome everyone to Shady Grove. You will also help direct people to the sanctuary, nursery, and restrooms. A friendly disposition and warm smile are a must! Please email us below to sign up or for additional details.

Ushers: Hands out bulletins, directs congregants to their seats; collects offering and other tasks during church services, as needed.
