Missions Zone

The Missions Zone is the drop-off place for all missions requesting donations of items that are missions specific.  It is located on the first floor in the hall corridor which connects the Gym Building with the Education Building.
Below is a list of those items which we are currently collecting.  Other items are collected on an as needed basis and will be posted when needed.  For Kits for Conference info, click here.

Please note that we are only able to use TRAVEL SIZE personal care items such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, hand sanitizer, body lotion, and toothpaste.  Full size products cannot be used due to sanitary reasons.

Kits for Conference Information -- School and Health Kits for Conference

If you or your small group would like to help with school and health kits for Annual Conference, a list of contents for the kits can be downloaded here.(PDF)  Items can be delivered to the Missions Zone (first floor breezeway). The deadline for items was Sunday, June 1 to allow time for the kits to be packed.

IMPORTANT NOTES about the Virginia Conference Kits

1. All emergency kits are carefully planned to make them usable in the greatest number of situations. Since strict rules often govern product entry into international countries, it is important that kits contain only the requested items – nothing more.

2. DO NOT include any personal notes, money or additional material in the kits. These things must be painstakingly removed and will delay the shipment.
